With Game Of Thrones’ seventh season riding sky high, star Peter Dinklage is undoubtedly looking to make his mark beyond the Seven Kingdoms – once the global phenomenon comes to an end.

His latest film, Rememory, has received a brand new trailer – with the actor starring in the lead role as a man investigating the mysterious murder of a talented inventor. Who has built a device that is able to extract the memories of people.

The trailer below for the mystery drama, directed by Mark Palansky (A Series Of Unfortunate Events, Penelope), looks suitably intriguing. With Dinklage’s Sam Bloom seemingly hell bent on solving this personal case, following his acquisition of the aforementioned memory device which aids his search. It’s great to see the actor in a lead role, and we’re hoping that his astounding talent and range will be on full display here.

The film also serves as one of the final completed projects of Anton Yelchin, who tragically passed away last year aged 27. Rememory also stars Julia Ormond, Martin Donovan, Henry Ian Cusick and Evelyne Brochu.

Rememory premiered at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival, and will be available to stream on Google Play from August 24th.

REMEMORY is written by Michael Vukadinovich and Mark Palansky and produced by Daniel Bekerman and Lee Clay. The film explores the unexplained death of Gordon Dunn (Martin Donovan), a visionary scientific pioneer whose body is found shortly after the unveiling of his newest work: a device able to extract, record and play a person’s memories. Gordon’s wife, Carolyn (Julia Ormond – Mad Men, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Legends of the Fall), retreats into her house and cuts off contact with the outside world when a mysterious man (Peter Dinklage – Game of Thrones, X-Men: Days of Future Past, The Station Agent) shows up. After stealing the machine, he uses it to try and solve the mystery, beginning an investigation of memories that lead him to unexpected and dangerous places.
