In this international spy thriller, Academy Award^® Winner Jennifer Lawrence is Dominika, a former ballerina forced to enter Sparrow School, a secret Russian intelligence service programme that trains exceptional young people to use their bodies and minds as weapons. After she emerges from the programme as the most dangerous Sparrow, she is thrust into a treacherous espionage game between Russia and the CIA. Trapped in a world she desperately wants to escape, Dominika must now reconcile the person she was, with the power she now commands.

Francis Lawrence (Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Mockingjay Parts 1 & 2) reunites with Jennifer Lawrence and directs an all-star supporting cast including Joel Edgerton, Jeremy Irons, Matthias Schoenaerts, Mary-Louise Parker, Charlotte Rampling and Joely Richardson in this edge-of-your-seat thriller.
