Michael Fassbender’s The Snowman Gets Haunting New Poster

Ahead of its forthcoming release, Working Title, and Universal Pictures UK, have unveiled this chilling new one-sheet poster for director Tomas Alfredson’s return, The Snowman.

Adapted from Jo Nesbø‘s celebrated novel – one of many which features his lead protagonist Harry Hole – The Snowman sees the Tinker Tailor Solider Spy auteur recruit yet another fantastic cast, with the likes of Michael Fassbender, Rebecca Ferguson, J.K. Simmons, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Toby Jones, James D’Arcy, Chloë Sevigny, and Jakob Oftebro all on-board.

Nesbø’s text will be translated to screen by scripting duo Matthew Michael Carnahan (Deepwater Horizon), and Hossein Amini (Drive). It’ll follow Hole, who is investigating the disappearance of a woman whose pink scarf is found wrapped around an ominous-looking snowman.
