There’s nothing worse than being at a wedding where you feel like you don’t belong and you’re stuck with the worst of the bunch, right? Well, that’s exactly the scenario that Anna Kendrick finds herself in with the upcoming comedy Table 19. Joined by the likes of Stephen Merchant, Craig T. Nelson, Lisa Kudrow, June Squibb and Tony Revolori, the Pitch Perfect star is set to reveal her own dark secrets and along the way her table guests will also bring out their own skeletons in what promises to be a hilarious affair!
To celebrate the upcoming release of the film, we have the new poster that’s very much a representation of today’s modern technology, with Instagram certainly taking the main stage, and we also have a great new featurette showcasing the film’s main focus, entitled ‘Dinner For Six’.
You can check them all out below along with the film’s synopsis and release date.
Ex-maid of honor Eloise (Anna Kendrick) – having been relieved of her duties after being unceremoniously dumped by the best man via text – decides to hold her head up high and attend her oldest friend’s wedding anyway. She finds herself seated at the ‘random’ table in the back of the ballroom with a disparate group of strangers, most of whom should have known to just send regrets (but not before sending something nice off the registry). As everyone’s secrets are revealed, Eloise learns a thing or two from the denizens of Table 19. Friendships – and even a little romance – can happen under the most unlikely circumstances.
Table 19 is released in UK cinemas on 7th April.
