Arguably one of the most enthralling, emotional and powerful movies of the year so far, Mel Gibson’s Hacksaw Ridge is set for its home entertainment release and no doubt plenty will be flocking to the shops or pre-ordering online.
The film, which notched up two Oscar wins among its six nominations, tracks the remarkable true story of Desmond Doss (Andrew Garfield), the army medic who defied all logic and refused to fire a single shot whilst out on the battlefield saving lives.
Also starring Teresa Palmer, Hugo Weaving, Vince Vaughn and Sam Worthington, Hacksaw Ridge is released on 22nd May on Blu-ray, DVD, Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-Ray steelbook and Digital Download.
