Here at Filmoria we’re still astounded that a film focused on emojis is set to hit cinemas in the next few months, but it appears things are full steam ahead for The Emoji Movie as today sees a new piece of promotion for the upcoming animation from Sony Pictures.
With his stock currently higher than ever and his late night talk show constantly bringing viral videos one after the next, James Corden brings to us a video and first look image of his own character within the film, Hi-5. Declaring that we shouldn’t leave him hanging, Corden introduces his character who is set to join T.J. Miller’s Gene in a film that will likely thrill kids of all ages.

The Emoji Movie is set for UK release on 4th August and also stars Patrick Stewart, Anna Faris, Maya Rudolph, Rob Riggle and Jennifer Coolidge.
