Mr. Robot Season 3 Premiere Details
NewsTV 13th March 2017 Jon Dingle 0

Fans of Mr. Robot rejoice, for we have confirmation that Season 3 is well and truly on its way later this year.
The third chapter of Elliot’s journey into the deep, dark world of hacking and the repercussions of ‘hacktivism’ is set for its return to USA Network in October. While season two did feel a little over-exuberant and often mind0-boggling to the point of frustration, it’s hard to deny the creative talent of Sam Ismael, who will be directing all episodes in the third season, and the sheer scope of this technology-driven world.
With the arrival of the new series now confirmed, we also have word that both BD Wong (who previously guest starred) will become a regular on the show, as well as the exciting announcement that Bobby Cannavale (Vinyl) will be joining the cast as Irving, a guy described as ‘a laconic, no-nonsense used car salesman’. We can’t wait to see how his character fits into the fold.
NBC Universal’s chief content officer Jeff Wachtel had this to say about the show;
“Season 3 of ‘Mr. Robot’ will engage viewers in a whole new way, with Sam and team continuing to find ways to surprise, challenge and delight the audience. And adding Bobby Cannavale and BD Wong to our cast makes one of the tightest acting ensembles even stronger.”
We’ll wait with bated breath to see how the third instalment of the show pans out but it all looks rather positive at this early stage considering the names involved and the retention of Ismael’s services.
