Peter Dinklage May Be Joining Avengers: Infinity War

He’s already proved that he can mix it up with the mutant side of Marvel’s cinematic universe as Boliver Trask is X-Men: Days Of Future Past but now it looks like Games Of Thrones star Peter Dinklage may well be on his way to joining the Avengers on screen in some capacity, with Variety reporting that the star is being eyed for a key role in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4.

With the two films being filmed back-to-back, the star could well be joining the plethora of already established Marvel talent and Josh Brolin’s Thanos in what promises to be an absolutely epic combination of Marvel’s separate entities coming together in a blitz of the greatest magnitude. With the cast list already looking simply spectacular, you can bet that the addition of Dinklage would bolster it even further – if that is even humanly possible!

Internet speculation has of course been rife, with MODOK being mentioned as a possible character for Dinklage to play, but there is a likelihood that he could well be an individual very much in cahoots with Brolin’s big bad.

We’ll just have to wait and see if and when an official announcement is made.

Avengers: Infinity War is expected in May 2018, with the follow-up movie coming up in 2019.
