During the Han Solo movie’s production, director Ron Howard has been keeping fans tied over through posting set photos on social media. And by all counts, we can not wait to see the end product. However, there was one particularly important piece of information, that he was yet to divulge… Until now.
Today, as the Star Wars anthology film wraps production. Howard posted a video to Twitter confirming the official title of the film – Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Whilst it’s hardly surprising, and to some uninspired (‘Smuggler’s Bounty’ anyone?). We’re still highly anticipating the next anthology film in the Star Wars Saga. And of course, Alden Ehrenreich’s portrayal of the scruffy looking Nerf herder, made famous by Harrison Ford.
Coming off the back of some criticism recently from within and outside the series’ fanbase, Lucasfilm will (hopefully) confirm when the first trailer will roll out. It’s a safe bet that certain screenings for the upcoming Star Wars: The Last Jedi may be preceded with a teaser trailer. Until then, we’ll stay on target for the May 25th release next year. The film stars Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo and Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian. Joining them are Woody Harrelson as Beckett – Han’s mentor, Emilia Clarke, Thandie Newton and Paul Bettany.
