Like it or loathe it, Suicide Squad certainly made Warner Bros enough money to somewhat put a dent in the strong critical dislike upon its initial release. With many comments of distaste coming by way of the sloppy editing throughout the film, the studio have taken to following the route of Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice and releasing an Extended Cut, hoping to turn some of those frowns upside down.
As we approach the week of release for Suicide Squad Extended Cut, Warner Bros and DC have released two featurettes for the home entertainment release.
The first focuses on Jared Leto’s Joker and explores the lengths at which the 30 Seconds To Mars frontman went to portray this iconic comic book villain.
The second of the videos delves into the physicality involved in making the movie and looks at some of the stars in training as they look to bring to life some of DC’s most dangerous and daring individuals.
Available on digital download now, Suicide Squad Extended Cut is available on Blu-Ray and DVD on 5th December.
