Tupac Shakur was a revolutionary in the world of hip-hop and rap, becoming one of the greatest influential artists of his generation. Have sadly died at the incredibly young age of 25, Tupac left behind not only a legacy for artists to follow him, but also an untold story of his rise to fame and his untimely death.
Looking to follow in the footsteps of F. Gary Gray’s undeniable NWA biopic, Benny Boom’s All Eyez On Me traces the early days of Shakur and his rise to super stardom, beginning in New York City and spreading to the point of being tracked by the FBI.
The first look trailer for the film certainly promises a hard-hitting and ultimately fascinating experience, with the likes of Biggie Smalls (Jamal Woolard) and Jada Pinkett (Kat Graham) featured and newcomer Demetrius Shipp Jr on top form as Tupac himself.
