The ‘Mac Of McDonald’s who could give Leonardo Dicaprio’s The Wolf Of Wall Street a run for his money.
2017 is shaping up to be a stacked year for Birdman star Michael Keaton. He’s already pencilled in to be the villain to Tom Holland’s web-slinger in Spider-Man: Homecoming and alongside The Maze Runner‘s Dylan O’Brien in American Assassin.
But first, he will be whetting the audience’s appetite with his leading role as down-on-his-luck Illinois salesman Ray Croc, as the new trailer for John Lee Hancock’s The Founder debuts.
Chronicling the 1950’s rise of his billion-dollar fast food empire as brothers Mac and Dick McDonald (John Carroll Lynch and Nick Offerman respectively) can only look on in dismay, it debuts initially in the US on 20th January 2017, with its UK release set for 17th February 2017.
