After the initial teaser poster reveal, HBO have launched their first trailer for Game of Thrones Season 7, which reveals the release date of the hugely-anticipated return to the Seven Kingdoms.
This fantastic Sigils Tease confirms that Season 7 will air on 16th July, 2017 – slighter later than the show’s usual April airing, but as the rumours rightly predicted, a summer launch seemed likely.
Game of Thrones is developed by showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, and adapted from George R.R. Martin’s celebrated series of fantasy novels. The show features an all-star cast including the likes of Emilia Clarke, Lena Headey, Peter Dinklage, Kit Harington, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Maisie Williams, Sophie Turner, Aiden Gillen, Gwendoline Christie, Hannah Murray, and Isaac Hempstead-Wright.
