Get In The Christmas Mood With A New Sing Holiday Video

Okay, so we know it’s still only the middle of November but it wouldn’t be right in the United Kingdom to not at least start to get in the Christmas mood in some way or another.

Luckily, for those who are partial to a spot of festive cheer this early into November, Universal Pictures have released a brand new video to lead up to the release of animated movie Sing, with a brilliant music video that spreads the cheer of mince pies, snow, ice skating and… a pig in a glittery thong?

You’ll have to see it to believe it below.

Set in a world like ours but entirely inhabited by animals, Sing stars Buster Moon (Academy Award® winner Matthew McConaughey), a dapper Koala who presides over a once-grand theatre that has fallen on hard times. Buster is an eternal optimist—okay, maybe a bit of a scoundrel—who loves his theatre above all and will do anything to preserve it. Now facing the crumbling of his life’s ambition, he has one final chance to restore his fading jewel to its former glory by producing the world’s greatest singing competition.

 Directed by Garth Jennings and produced by Chris Meledandri and Janet Healy, Sing stars Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Seth MacFarlane, Scarlett Johansson, John C. Reilly, Taron Egerton and Tori Kelly.

Sing is set for release in the UK on 27th January 2017.
