It’s officially on. When the school bell rings at 3 o’clock and the kids are about to embark on their leisurely trip home, the school playground will be turned into a battleground between not two pupils but instead a pair of teachers. Those teachers in question are Charlie Day and Ice Cube as they go head to head in a Fist Fight for the ages. One a former NWA hip-hop artist with a meaner streak than those Plastics roaming the school corridors and the other a loud-mouthed everyman whose muscular physique matches the kids staying behind for extra science classes – a mismatch if there ever was one.

And that’s where the hilarity begins with a movie that pits two unlikely foes against one another and mashes it up with a physical battle that is sure to conjure up more than enough laughs to have our ribs aching come its conclusion. With the pair joined by the currently sizzling hot comedic force Jillian Bell and 30 Rock‘s own Tracey Morgan, we have one school yard pumped to the max for comedy magic.
