Meet Those Behind The Heroes In New Trailer For DC’s Powerless

The small screen is simply littered with superhero shows. From Arrow to The Flash, and everything in between, comic book icons thrive on network television. However little is known of those mere mortals who reside within the same environments as caped crusaders and Emerald Archers…until now.

Arriving online is a charming new trailer for DC Comics’ forthcoming workplace comedy Powerless, which features an all-star cast including Vanessa Hudgens and Alan Tudyk; most recently seen as K-2SO in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Check out the sweet new 30″ promo right here.

Emily Locke lands her dream job as Director of Research and Development for Wayne Security in Charm City, home to super heroes and villains and citizens fed up with the collateral damage of their constant fighting. Full of confidence and big ideas, Emily quickly learns that her aspirations far exceed those of her new boss and officemates, so it will be up to her to lead the team toward their full potential and the realization that you don’t need superpowers to be a hero.

DC’s Powerless premieres in the United States on Thursday, 2nd February via NBC. A UK release date is yet to be confirmed.
