Mindblowing First Trailer For Ghost In The Shell

The anticipation films of 2017 are arriving thick and fast, but we think we’ve found the winner. Paramount Pictures UK have given us the courtesy of the first trailer for Ghost in the Shell, and let’s just say it’ll take your breath away.

Starring Scarlett Johannson as The Major, this anime adaptation also sports an impeccable supporting cast including Juliette Binoche, Michael Pitt, Beat Takeshi Kitano and Rila Fukushima, and is directed by Rupert Sanders. Check out the incredible first-look trailer below.

Based on the internationally-acclaimed sci-fi property, “GHOST IN THE SHELL” follows the Major, a special ops, one-of-a-kind human-cyborg hybrid, who leads the elite task force Section 9. Devoted to stopping the most dangerous criminals and extremists, Section 9 is faced with an enemy whose singular goal is to wipe out Hanka Robotic’s advancements in cyber technology.
