Robert Pattinson Shoots Through His Hand in Awesome First Teaser Trailer for ‘Cosmopolis’

The first teaser trailer for David Cronenberg‘s Cosmopolis has arrived and it looks strange, very strange indeed; but in a very, very good way.  Robert Pattinson stars as Eric, a 28 year old billionaire who has to make an epic journey across town to get a haircut.  Yes, you read that correctly: a haircut.  But don’t let that put you off, this trailer looks amazing.  There’s a Tyrannosaurus Rex, someone getting stabbed in the head, some kind of panther/rat on top of a car and R-Patz shooting straight through his own hand.  Yes, the new film from David Cronenberg certainly looks out there.

Cosmopolis is based on the best selling novel by Don Delillo and also stars Sarah Gadon, Paul Giamatti, Jay Baruchel, Kevin Durand, Juliette Binoche, Mathieu Almaric and Samantha Morton. There’s no news on an official release date, but you can watch out the first teaser trailer below.
