New Hidden Figures Clip & Featurette

Following its BAFTA nomination yesterday for Best Adapted Screenplay, the kind folks at 20th Century Fox UK have supplied us with a brand new clip and video featurette from Hidden Figures; currently the No.1 film at the US box-office. Check them both out right here!

HIDDEN FIGURES is the incredible untold story of Katherine Johnson (Taraji P. Henson), Dorothy Vaughn (Octavia Spencer) and Mary Jackson (Janelle Monáe)—brilliant African-American women working at NASA, who served as the brains behind one of the greatest operations in history: the launch of astronaut John Glenn into orbit, a stunning achievement that restored the nation’s confidence, turned around the Space Race, and galvanised the world. The visionary trio crossed all gender and race lines to inspire generations to dream big.

Starring Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer, Janelle Monáe, Kirsten Dunst, Jim Parsons, Mahershala Ali, Aldis Hodge, Glen Powell and Kevin Costner, the inspirational true story is directed by Theodore Melfi, and opens in UK cinemas on 17th February.
